Context infrastructure

Celorus Knowledge Framework™

Celorus KF™ is what your desk knows, held as context: the people and companies, what changed and when, who can introduce you, and what each call added. Your agents and Milan both work from it.

  • Every fact cited to its source
  • Works inside the AI tool you already use
  • Nothing sent without you
A client call

What it taught you

What a call taught lands in a head, an inbox and the CRM, and most of it has faded by Monday.

  • Who decides
  • Who knows whom
  • What they need next
By Monday

In a head

Leaves when the person does.

By Monday

In an inbox

Buried under the next thread.

By Monday

In the CRM

A stage and a date, little else.

The desk

What the desk holds

Each person gets a desk: one folder they own, on their computer or, on Solo, in their own Drive.

The desk is plain pages: each reviewed call, the people and firms it named, briefs, the follow-ups owed both ways, and a board for the day.

Our server makes the pages. On Solo, it writes them into that folder and writes the board overnight.

Introductions

Who can introduce you

Ask who can introduce you to someone, and the desk shows ranked paths through your own pages, with the proof of every step.

The paths are worked out on your own machine, from your desk's pages.

Opening soon: paths through the Celorus record as well, with the Map.

  1. You ask

Who can introduce me to this firm?

  2. Your way in

    A person you know.

  3. Decides there

A person your way in knows, and who decides there.

  4. The firm you want

    Where that person works.

Each morning

What changed, and why

On Solo, each morning the desk shows what moved overnight: the replies and the new names, each with its date.

Opening soon: why each page changed, kept with the change.

Every call teaches

Each reviewed call adds the people and firms it named to your desk, once you say yes.

Opening soon: what one call taught, carried into the next call's brief.

In the plugin, for anyone to read.

  • The kinds of things a desk knows
  • How they connect
  • The rules of proof

Celorus KF™ Packs

What your industry adds. Your first desk comes with the pack for the industry you pick, or the general one.

  • Your industry's words

Celorus KF™ Map

Paths through the Celorus record, beyond your own pages.

Your data

Where your data sits

Your desk's pages are made on our server. On the free workday each page comes back to your computer, and our server keeps no copy of it. On Solo, our server's job reads and writes them in your own Drive.

On Solo, the Drive permission covers only the files our server makes, and you can remove it in your Google account.
